Wed 16th Sept 2026 - PS Lauren Stopher-Murray has been assigned investigation regarding 20/400397/26 (threats to kill, from P Bradley and, separately, from Roger Fox (see also Southern Front) both on Sun 30th August); note email lauren.stophermurray@westmidlands.police.uk . Addendum of 6th October: PC 21409 [Jade] Rowe, Regarding your message of Friday last, I remain disappointed that this distressing matter [case 20/400397/26] cannot be progressed. Sunday 30th August saw several neighbours, with their disgusting pets, gathered in my back-yard (Connops Way, DY9 8UD) alternately baying for my blood. Philip Bradley, of 157 High Street DY9 8LT, over five years the main culprit, was there with his nephew, Andrew, and the new tenant of 159 (Rhianna, who seems to have 'readily swapped sides'); Bradley again expressed the intention "I'll kill you". Roger Fox showed and repeated his threat with "I'll kill you" - both Bradley and Fox, according to my research, should both be serving a ten-year stretch. Other witnesses to the altercation were about, including a relatively new tenant of the next-door set of apartments who was 'servicing' a dog, apparently on behalf of another, and one of my main antagonists, Lisa Sheriff, put-in 'er pennyworth, with that revolting pest also, chipping-in on occasion (even the thought provides an aching head). Most of these characters are running contrary to any tenancy agreement and, given that all of the surrounding land is public and communal, are guilty of a breach of Common Law, but with the Council, who manage the land, still largely pro-dog (despite a recent lashing in its own Magistrates' Court), progress here remains slow - given that officials are clearly abusing their positions of public office, why will the Police not chase them rather than civilised man? As more evidence of officials' misconduct, despite years of attempts at communication, my protestations regarding the accommodation at 54 High Street (now the Pindi), refused in 2016, go unanswered; my remark that despite refusal of a dropped-kerb by the old Citadel (now owned by local mosque at the one-time Old Bell) traffic should not be crossing the footway (on a corner) goes unanswered by the Council's Highways Department; persistent issues further along High Street (on the south side) where drivers are crossing public land to park have not recently been thoroughly addressed, despite my reporting of the latest infringement to a local Councillor (the Information Commissioner has not yet reported regarding Officials' interception of emails to and from my elected representatives and the Ombudsman has proven itself at least an 'unreliable' regulator). All authorities seem happy to ignore critical social issues in The Lye (last time I looked, those flashing lights at Active 24/7 were still maddeningly annoying and sending all the wrong signals), yet, given the country is effectively at war with Russia, attention to these issues is the simplest and most cost-effective means of enhancing community cohesion - wouldn't a spot of work prove more interesting than inaction? How about giving it a try? DAustin Leaseholder 162 High Street Lye Village Stourbridge PS: Does your position remain as no relation to the indefatigable Tracey Rowe?
